Rainbow Bagels

Method: Oven-Baking
Ingredients:
(Makes 5-6 Bagels)
1 cup greek yoghurt
1 ½ cups self raising flour
1 egg (wash on top)
Optional: seeds of your choice
Preparation:
Mix both greek yoghurt and flour into a bowl until it becomes crumbly.
Knead the dough lightly until it forms a ball.
Cut the dough ball into portions by the number of colorings you have. (I did 3 - Red, Blue, Brown). Add the colorings then roll each portions into a ball. Flatten the ball into 0.5cm thickness. Do it the same for all the coloured balls and stack one on top of another.
Press the stack lightly and cut the stacked into strips of 2cm width.
Roll into a sausage shape (like your thumb) or twist (interlace) them and then press the two ends together to make a circle.
Brush with egg over the top and place onto a baking tray.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Serve with hot and with any spread of your choice, and coffee too!
